Do Not Call Registry

The national do not call registry is a run by the Federal Trade Commission to provide consumers a way to opt-out of telemarketing calls.

To register your phone number or to get information about the registry, visit https://www.DoNotCall.gov, or call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you want to register. You will get fewer telemarketing calls within 31 days of registering your number. Telephone numbers on the registry will only be removed when they are disconnected and reassigned, or when you choose to remove a number from the registry.

About the Data

About the data is hosted by Axiom as a way to opt-out of marketing campaigns using contact lists supplied from their proprietary consumer database.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I remove myself from your list?

There are multiple ways you can remove yourself from our mailing lists:

Opt-Out Through this Site

Fill out our Opt-Out Request Form

Opt-Out by Phone

Call toll-free: (844) 264-3240 and provide the full name and address printed on the card you received, or the nine-digit code located in the bottom middle of the card. Get help finding your mailer card code.

Our goal, and the goal of the printers, mail houses, and marketers utilizing this service is to facilitate consumers in opting out of unwanted marketing. Once you have filled out the Opt-Out Request Form or called (844) 264-3240 you are immediately added to Direct Mail Processing's "Do Not Contact" list and forwarded to appropriate organization. * Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your name to be out of the system and any mail already in route to be delivered.

How did you get my name?

Direct Mail Processing's role is limited to working with mail houses and marketing companies that prepare and send mailers based on a business's private customer lists or consumer information purchased from major list compilers by marketing companies, printers, and mail houses. DMP does not directly purchase consumer data and does not keep your consumer data on file.

List compilers gather consumer information from a variety of sources, so identifying the exact point of origin is quite difficult. Often times sources include public records, phone directories, and census information. If you are receiving a mailer, it is likely that the vendor for that product believed you were in their target market, or you are located in a geographic area that was being more broadly mailed.

Why do I need to provide all the requested information in order to opt-out?

DMP does not keep any consumer data on file. Upon filling out the opt-out form your name and address are forwarded to the printer, mail house, or marketing company that originated the mailer. In most cases, entering all your information exactly as it appeared on our mailer is the best way to ensure your name is removed from future mailings. If you reside at more than one address or have recently moved, you will need to enter all current addresses to ensure you do not receive our mail at those locations.

Do I need to opt-out every member in my household from your list?

If more than one person in your household is receiving mail from us, you will need to remove each person from the list individually. You can opt-out any/all family members that do not wish to receive our mailings.

I submitted an opt-out request through this website several weeks ago, but I’m still receiving offers. Why has my name not been removed

Opting-out prevents you from receiving similar mailers processed by DMP at the name and contact address you provided, but it does not prevent other mail companies from mailing to you. To opt-out of other marketing efforts not processed by DMP, please see our additional resources page for helpful information.

If you believe you are still receiving mailers processed by DMP after using the opt-out services, please contact us at (844) 264-3240 or leave a detailed message with a way to contact you back via our contact form.
